Jerry Lithwin Construction, Inc. is owned and operated by Jerry and his wife Aimee, both of whom are native to the Central Coast. They share a passion for improving the homes and lifestyles of their clients.
Jerry Lithwin – Owner, General Contractor
In construction since 1985, Jerry Lithwin has literally done it all. From foundations to roofing and everything in between, Jerry has experience in all phases of the construction process. His broad knowledge and personal hands-on approach to building lead one satisfied client to refer to him as “an army of one.”
Jerry earned his General Contractor’s license (License #761497) in 1999 and founded Jerry Lithwin Construction, Inc. the same year.
Aimee Lithwin – Design Consultant, Marketing Manager
When Aimee said “I do” to Jerry, she had no idea what those words really meant for her. “As it turns out, I do the design, I do the marketing, I do the books, I do the ordering . . . I do everything but the actual building,” says Aimee. In her early years with Jerry Lithwin Construction, Aimee focused on establishing effective systems and procedures to insure that the business was compliant with California’s strict contractor licensing laws and operating smoothly. In the past few years, she has turned her experience and love of design into a value-added service to JLC’s clients by offering design consultation services.
Prior to entering the construction field, Aimee held marketing management positions at Maxis, a division of Electronic Arts (EA), Ninth House Network (corporate learning and online education), and Mondo Media (online entertainment). She has also worked as a private marketing and branding consultant. Aimee holds a BA in Liberal Studies from St. Mary’s College in Moraga, California.
